Rob first discovered the healing power of massage and bodywork after a devastating car crash. A driver rear ended his car, leaving him with severe whip lash injuries. When nothing else helped, massage brought him back to life, and Rob has been a student of massage ever since. In 1987, he began to study massage, first at the Heartwood Institute. Through the years, many other teachers helped Rob develop his practice, including Zoee Crowley, Richard Valasek, Auntie Pua Gillespie and Arthur Lincoln Pauls.
